2. Here you can post the contents to your blog.
Title fields create your title and after completing the content task YOu can post it later or you can post it later into draft. FOr that you can click PUBLISH POST or SAVE NOW.
After clicking on PUBLISH POST your post(page) is ready You can either Edit This Post or You Can create another post. Its your choice. Or If you want to look at your post. Simply click on VIew Post in new Window. The Small symbol after the view Post indicates new window
